If AirSplit Pro isn't right for you, we'll refund you. You have 30 days from purchase and you don't need to give us a reason.
How to ask
- Email us at hello@airsplit.app from your purchase email, or with your license key or the number on your Stripe receipt.
- If you paid with Link, you can also manage the purchase at link.com.
What happens next
- Stripe, which takes the payment, refunds the full amount to the same payment method. Depending on your bank it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
- Your license key is disabled. AirSplit will stop working on your Macs at its next check, within a few days at most.
- After 30 days we no longer accept refunds, except where the law requires it (for example, if the app doesn't work as described and we can't fix it).

The 7-day free trial includes every feature. Use it to check that AirSplit works with your speakers and network.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
Because this is digital content you start using as soon as you activate the license, EU law allows the 14-day right of withdrawal to end at activation, if you expressly agree to that when buying. Our voluntary 30-day guarantee still always applies, whether or not you've activated the license.
