Terms of Use & License

Last updated: October 20, 2026

By downloading, installing or using AirSplit you agree to these terms. If you're a consumer, nothing here limits the rights the law gives you.

1. Who provides AirSplit

AirSplit is developed and provided by Codi10, Carrer de Moragues, 10 ("we"). Contact: hello@airsplit.app.

2. Free trial

You can use every AirSplit feature free for 7 days on each Mac. The app needs to go online once to register the trial. When it ends, you need an AirSplit Pro license to keep using AirSplit.

3. AirSplit Pro license

4. What's not allowed

If you break these rules we may disable your license.

5. Music and third-party services

AirSplit only forwards sound an app on your Mac is already playing; it doesn't download, copy or bypass any content protection. You're responsible for following the terms of the service you use (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal…). Those terms usually allow personal, household use only: playing music in a business or public space may require additional licenses, for example from collecting societies.

Apple, AirPlay, HomePod and Mac are trademarks of Apple Inc. Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB. AirSplit is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

6. How it works, and warranty

AirSplit relies on macOS and AirPlay features that Apple controls and that may change with system updates. We'll make reasonable efforts to keep the app up to date, but we can't guarantee it works with every combination of devices, networks and versions. Before you buy, use the free trial to check that it works for you.

If you're a consumer, you have the statutory warranty rights for digital content and services, and these terms don't limit them.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. This limitation doesn't apply to intent or gross negligence, personal injury, or wherever the law doesn't allow it.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll publish the new version on this page with its date. Changes won't take away the rights of a license you've already bought.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, the mandatory rules of the country where you live also protect you, and you can go to the courts where you live.
